ASEAN Telecom Holdings (ATH) (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) is a new firm set up by Singapore Telecom, Telekom Malaysia, Indosat (Indonesia), Philippine Long Distance Telephone (PLDT), and the Communications Authority of Thailand (CAT) to offer a one-stop shop for SE Asian telecoms services. Jabatan Telekom Brunei may also be a partner. ATH will offer services similar to those of Global One, JV between AT&T, France Telecom and Deutsche Telekom, and Concert, JV between BT and MCI. ATH will be equally owned by the five entities, and will act as a clearing house for trans-national telecoms services.
