Telefonica Brasil and TIM to share network infrastructure

Telefonica Brasil and Tim have started fulfilling an MoU signed in July 2019 for two transfer-of-rights agreements for sharing 2G, 3G and 4G mobile network infrastructure. This will result in the creation of a unique 2G technology network in around 2,700 cities where both operators are present, so that the other operator will provide 2G services to the Vivo and TIM customer base.
