Telefonica Brasil increases Q1 net profit by 22% to BRL 1.3 billion

Telefonica Brasil reported a net profit of BRL 1.3 billion in the first quarter of 2019, representing a 22.2 percent increase on the same period of 2018. The positive performance was due to cost control, 14.9 percent growth in EBITDA to BRL 4.3 billion and lower financial expenses.
