Telefonica Brasil revenues flat in Q4, EBITDA down 4.3%

Telefonica Brasil saw a 2.4 percent increase in net profit for the fourth quarter 2014, to BRL 1.26 billion. EBITDA fell 4.3 percent over the same quarter of 2013 to BRL 2.748 billion, with the EBITDA margin at 30.4 percent, down 1.3 percentage points. Net operating revenues dropped by 0.1 percent to BRL 9.05 billion. Mobile telephony revenues were up 2.7 percent to BRL 5.92 billion, while fixed service revenues were down 4.8 percent to BRL 2.83 billion.
