Telefonica Brasil shareholders approve restructuring

Monday 4 April 2016 | 16:19 CET | News

The corporate restructuring approved does not result in a capital increase or change in ownership of the company's shareholders, and, therefore, there is no need to talk about exchange ratio of shares or withdrawal rights.
