Telefonica Brasil/Vivo and home support provider CDF expand partnership

Telefonica Brasil/Vivo has signed an MoU with support service provider CDF to boost their existing commercial relationship. Vivo aims to become a reference point for support for the connected home, by including services such as technical assistance, Wi-Fi and physical network configuration and installation, and smart device set-up. In addition, Vivo will have the right to acquire a minority stake in CDF's share capital, depending on the achievement of certain goals.
