Telefonica, Capita join forces to develop e-health services

Telefonica Digital and the UK's Capita Healthcare group have announced a wide-ranging global partnership to develop new communications and telemedicine technologies with a view to transforming the efficiency and delivery of healthcare services all over the world. The companies intend to combine Telefonica's infrastructure facilities and multi-channel platforms with Capita's decision support applications to offer a wide range of new telemedicine services from the cloud.
