Telefonica introduces user experience lab

Telefonica's research and development unit has presented its user experience lab. Via the user experience lab, Telefonica R&D uses the technique of co-creation, involving users in the process of products / services design. The lab includes all the elements that can be found in an ordinary household, with three main areas – living room with kitchen, study room and focus group area. These sections enable users to interact and conduct simultaneous and multiuser tests. The lab features an observation and recording system composed of 12 cameras with x20 zoom, microphones, as well as an observation
