Telefonica launches 'Go To Cloud' migration service for SMEs

Telefonica has announced that it will be launching a new service designed to help SMEs migrate their data to the cloud at the Expocloud event in Madrid on 12 and 13 March. The service, dubbed 'Go To Cloud', is being offered under the Movistar brand and is based on the technology of Telefonica's cloud services subsidiary Acens. The companies have created a migration scheme to enable SMEs to overcome the imminent end of support for Microsoft's Windows Server 2003. Telefonica said SMEs will be able to upgrade their servers and migrate data to the cloud via the different pay per use models
