Telefonica launches new 300Mbps fibre service, Wi-Fi app in Argentina

Telefonica has announced the launch of a new fibre-based broadband offer for 300,000 homes in the Buenos Aires metropolitan area plus selected cities throughout Argentina. The plan will be offered under the Movistar brand and comes with broadband at symmetric download and upload speeds of up to 300Mbps plus unlimited calls for ARS 1,026 a month (300Mbps) and ARS 801 a month (100Mbps), with a 40 percent discount available for 12 months.
