Telefonica, Level 3 sign interconnection deal

Level 3 Communications and the wholesale business unit of Telefonica have reached a non-exclusive, bilateral interconnection agreement related to their public IP networks. The companies said they would add capacity and establish new interconnection locations between the two networks to ensure their respective customers can continue to exchange data effectively and efficiently.
