Telefonica migrates simyo prepaid customers to Blau

Simyo prepaid customers will be migrated to the Blau platform as part of Telefonica Deutschland's brand portfolio clean-up according to Teltarif.de. Earlier this year, Base and E-Plus customers were migrated to O2 and Simyo postpaid customers were moved to Blau. The migration has no influence on the conditions of all tariffs, but customers will now have to deal with the Blau customer service. All customers affected by the migration have received an e-mail with instructions to turn off their mobile phone and turn back on after receiving a specific text message. They will then receive a welcome
