Telefonica officially unveils 2016 Movistar bike team

Telefonica has presented the 27 riders of the Movistar cycling team for the 2016 season, officially the best in the world in 2015. Telefonica began sponsoring the team in the 2011 season and cyclists wearing the blue Movistar jersey have since won over 150 titles, with Spain's Alejandro Valverde winning the UCK world race classification for the fourth time last year and Colombia's Nairo Quintana ending up on the Tour de France podium alongside Valverde. Telefonica added that over 700,000 fans follow the team on the official movistarteam.com website.
