Telefonica promotes responsible mobile use

Tuesday 9 February 2016 | 15:08 CET | News
Telefonica has teamed up with the PantallasAmigas educational platform to launch a programme aimed at promoting responsible use of new technologies and devices among children, while providing advice to parents and teachers alike. To coincide with Safer Internet Day 2016 the partners have created a series of ten animated films featuring a character called Pilar. The episodes will be broadcast on a weekly basis on a dedicated portal (www.pilarysucelular.com) and will cover subjects such as privacy, managing digital identity, sedentary lifestyle, freemium app purchases and cyberbullying.
