Telefonica publishes new manifesto calling for full digital inclusion

Telefonica has published an updated edition of its Digital Manifesto, highlighting the huge potential of the digital economy and setting out five main principles that it believes should guide the debate on a new international digital deal. It said digitalisation should be an inclusive process in which all can participate, with users having transparent knowledge and control of their data and with all global platforms committing to responsible business practices.
