Telefonica sets up Brazil CloudCo to target enterprise computing market

Telefonica Brasil has sold part of its subsidiary CloudCo Brasil, representing 20 percent of total capital, to Telefonica Cybersecurity & Cloud Tech (TC&CT), indirectly controlled by Telefonica. The value of the deal is BRL 22 million and resulted in TC&CT subscribing 190,000 CloudCo Brasil shares for a total issue price of BRL 76 million.
