Telefonica, Swrve launch AI-driven 'Smart Notifications' platform

Telefonica has teamed up with mobile marketing automation company Swrve to launch an artificial intelligence-based platform to optimise the delivery of notifications to users. The so-called Smart Notifications technology is designed to increase engagement with push campaigns by automatically predicting when users are most receptive to brand interactions. Telefonica described Smart Notifications as the most complete and sophisticated push notification platform on the market when used alongside the Swrve interaction engine.
