Telefonica teams up with Havas for targeted ads on Movistar+

Telefonica has joined forces with Havas Media to roll out targeted advertising on its Movistar+ pay-TV platform. The company will use anonymous data to personalise adverts based on viewer preferences and profiles, coupled with sociodemographic, behavioural and lifestyle criteria exclusive to Movistar+. The service will initially be offered to subscribers with the latest set-top box technology in partnership with advertisers including Hyundai, Carrefour and True Instinct by Nature's Variety.
