Telefonica, Telekom sign binding VDSL access agreement

Telefonica Germany and Telekom Deutschland have signed a binding agreement for their planned fixed network cooperation. The agreement was signed after German network regulator Bna published its draft approval with regards to the agreement. Bna's draft decision is now subject to a national consultation and will then be notified with the European Commission. A final decision is expected during the first half of 2014.
