Telefonica to offer McAfee security to Movistar customers

Telefonica has reached an agreement with McAfee to offer the security company's Multi-Access (MMA) software to all Movistar customers in Spain to ensure online safety across smartphones, tablets and PCs. According to the two companies, McAfee's MMA offering will protect customers' personal content by providing 24x7 anti-virus protection and blocking risky links, such as phishing sites and malware. In addition, if the device is lost or stolen, customers can trace and block the device and delete personal information remotely if required, safe in the knowledge that the data can be restored on
