Telefonica is looking for buyers for its global educational subsidiary as part of a wide-ranging strategy to divest non-core assets, reports Spanish daily El Espanol without providing further details. The operator's educational arm was launched as Telefonica Learning Services (TLS) back in 2001, and renamed Telefonica Educacion Digital (TED) in 2015.
