Telefonica turns AVE trains blue to promote 300 Mbps fibre

Telefonica has completely covered two Spanish high-speed AVE trains in the corporate blue and green of its Movistar brand to promote the operator's new 300 Mbps fibre-optic broadband offer. The advertising campaign, described by Telefonica as "unprecedented", saw the company join forces with national rail operator Renfe to cover two trains on the most popular high-speed routes linking Madrid with Seville and Barcelona. The two-month campaign represents the first time the national railway company has allowed its wagons to be used for marketing purposes as it seeks to boost revenues under the
