Telefonica/Vivo makes racial equality a priority

Racial equality has become a priority for Telefonica/Vivo, the president of the Brazilian telecom operator, Christian Gebara, told O Estado de Sao Paulo. He said that to achieve this, it is necessary to establish goals both at the gateway and in leadership positions. The company's next internship programme in September will fill half of the 750 vacancies by black people.
