Telefonica/Vivo, Sascar partner on fleet management services

Telefonica/Vivo has signed an M2M partnership agreement with Brazilian mobile resource management company Sascar. Under the terms of the deal, Telefonica and Sascar will jointly develop fleet management services in Brazil.
