Telekom and Ver.di reach agreement on teleworking

Deutsche Telekom and trade union Ver.di reached a new collective agreement on the aims and terms of mobile working. Under the agreement, employees are expected to have more flexibility and ultimately be more content and productive as they can better reconcile families and careers. At the same, the flexibility is expected to increase the company's competitiveness. Ver.di said this is the first major sector agreement on teleworking.
