Telekom Austria Group shareholder cuts stake to under 10%

Telekom Austria Group has announced that Capital Research and Management has reduced its holding in the company to 7.94 percent (35.16 million shares) of outstanding shares as of 17 June. This is down from 15.13 percent at the last disclosure in January 2010. Under Austrian law, a company is obliged to announce if the stake of a shareholder exceeds or falls below specific levels (e.g. 10% or 15%).
