Telekom Romania Communications sells two buildings in Bucharest

Telekom Romania Communications sold two buildings in the capital Bucharest and is negotiating the sale of another in Constanta, according to local publication Profit.ro. Telekom sold the building known as the Vitan Post, a building whose displayed price was EUR 3.9 million, and a commercial building in Bucharest's Rebreanu area (sector 3) for EUR 3.65 million. The commercial building in Constanta had an estimated price of EUR 2.4 million.
