Telekom Slovenije authorizes sale of majority shares

The supervisory board of Telekom Slovenije has given its consent to signing an annex to the contract with the state on the sale of a majority of the operator's shares. The agreement was signed with Slovenski Drzavni Holding (Slovenian Sovereign Holding) and covers further details in the sale process. Telekom Slovenije said the annex also serves to protect the company's interests. Separately, State Secretary at the Ministry of Finance, Metod Dragonja, told reporters that the government expects to sell Telekom Slovenije in early 2015.
