Telekom Srbija offers EUR 61 million for Telekom Albania - report

Telekom Srbija has submitted a bid of EUR 61 million for the acquisition of Telekom Albania, the highest offer of the four bids submitted, reports Danas.rs. Sources close to the process said that the other bidders includes Eagle Mobile, which is already the third largest telecom operator in Albania, as well as an unnamed Greek investor and the Albania Telecom Invest fund, backed by the Bulgarian investor who is also the largest owner of the Bulgarian operator Vivacom.
