Telekom Srbija, SBB in number portability dispute

Telekom Srbija has responded to press statements by cable operator SBB claiming that the former is preventing SBB from starting test transmissions for mobile telephony services. According to the incumbent operator, under Ratel regulations, the right to transfer numbers belongs only to the network operator, not the virtual operator, so Telekom Srbija is only implementing existing regulations. Telekom Srbija also claims it is an undisputed fact that SBB has no right to number portability as an MVNO.
