Telekom trains women for supervisory board

Deutsche Telekom launched an internal training programme to create a pool of potential female supervisory board members for national and international associated companies. A total 29 female managers will take part in the programme before the end of this year. The proportion of women in the 250 seats that are regularly vacant accounts to less than 25 percent.
