Telenet loses appeal over Woluwe-Saint-Lambert concession contract

Belgian operator Telenet has lost an appeal against the Brussels region municipality Woluwe-Saint Lambert over the end of its concession contract in 2015. Telenet had claimed damages for the end of the contract, saying that Wolu TV, the non-profit set up by the city to manage the cable network, did not respect the terms of their agreement.
