Telenor Denmark starts 24/7 customer care, more shop staff

Thursday 1 May 2014 | 12:10 CET | News
Telenor Denmark said it opened its round-the-clock customer services on 01 May as part of its Storm 2.0 plan, which it said will change the telephony sector and challenge customers to expect more from their service provider. It published the first part of its Storm plan in March. It said an opinion poll it commission from Epinion found that seven out of ten people in Denmark wished they could contract their telecoms operator outside normal office hours. Customers can now request a call back from the car centre in order to avoid hanging on the line.
