Telenor Denmark starts bringing in small retail kiosks in busy locations, shuts 13 shops

Update: 30 June 2020 | 14:06 CET
Telenor Denmark said it is adapting to changing customer shopping behaviour by shutting thirteen existing shops and introducing 18 square metre sales kiosks that can be placed easily in locations with heavy footfall. The first kiosks will be erected at Ro's Torv shopping mall in Roskilde on 03 July. The new physical sales approach is a response to changes in shoppers' behaviour, for instance, the trend towards ordering goods online but collecting from a pick-up site.
