Telenor Group picks 7 global employee start-ups for Ignite Incubator

Telenor Group said it has selected seven internal start-ups for its Ignite Incubator bootcamp. Employees from its operations in Bangladesh, Hungary, Malaysia, Myanmar, Norway and Pakistan will develop their ideas for a digital product or service for three months on paid leave. They will learn about service design, user research, prototyping and getting their projects to market. From nearly 200 applications, eighteen teams from nine countries were shortlisted and pitched in Singapore for a place in the incubator on 18-19 January 2018.
