Telenor Norway brings 4G to Oslo metro line 5

Telenor Norway said 4G service on the Oslo underground railway system has been extended to the stretch of tunnel from Carls Berners plass to Hasle on line 5. The Oslo metro serves more than 200,000 passengers per day. Telenor has carried out the works in a cooperation agreement with TeliaSonera. In the first half of 2016, it expects to provide mobile coverage to the tunnels from Carl Berners plass to Sinsen and to the forthcoming Loren line, as well as to the Ostensjo line.
