Telenor Norway reports growing use of VoLTE, VoWiFi

Telenor Norway said that 40 percent of all handsets on its network have Voice over LTE (VoLTE), and 800,000 customers actively use it every day. It added that its Voice over Wi-Fi service (VoWiFi) has 125,000 daily users, and this is expected to rise now that the Samsung S7 has received an upgrade to enable the model to support this. Telenor said there are 32 different models of phone on its network that are compliant with its '4G Tale' VoLTE service, and 27 that support its 'WiFi Tale' VoWiFi service.
