Telenor Norway says customers fail to back up mobile content

Telenor Norway said only 51 percent of people secure the contact on their mobile telephones, according to a survey it commissioned from YouGov. The use of smartphones means people have much more important information on their handsets than previously, so the consequences are also much greater if this information goes astray, it said. According to the police, about 28,000 mobile phones in Norway were stolen in 2013.
