Telenor Norway says half parents check children's mobile use

Telenor Norway said six out of ten parents consider it important to control children's use of mobile phones, citing a survey that it commissioned from InFact. Over 50 percent set rules for their offspring's mobile usage, whereas 37 percent have no control of how much they spend on their phone. It said 66 percent consider it important to monitor minors' phone usage, compared with 52 percent of men.
