Telenor Norway says less regulation would boost investment

Telenor Norway said it has submitted its comments regarding the government's Digital Agenda to parliament, saying it would like to see reduced regulation that is more conducive to investment. It also called for national regulation of municipal excavation rules and fees, as well as greater cooperation on security, in a hearing by the Transport and Communication Committee for operators in the sector.
