Telenor Norway says only 9% of users still have 2G phones

Telenor Norway said that 71.9 percent of all mobile handsets on the network are now 4G ones, up from 59.3 percent a year ago. It said 19.1 percent of phones use 3G, down from 28.5 percent, and only 9.0 percent use 2G, down from 12.2 percent a year ago. LTE started up in 2012 and Telenor said it now provides 4G service in 426 boroughs.
