Telenor Norway seeks more formal cooperation with government on cybercrime

Telenor Norway has commented ahead of the reading of the government's first parliamentary report regarding ICT security, which it was due to attend. Telenor owns and manages critical infrastructure carrying almost 80 percent of Norwegian data traffic. Telenor security director Hanne Tangen Nilsen said the operator wants cybersecurity cooperation to be put on a more formal footing, with clearer responsibility and concrete measures set out.
