Telenor Norway to shed 170 workers, 85 consultants

Telenor Norway said it plans to reduce the workforce in its technology division and its fixed network division by approximately 170 employees. It also aims to part company with some 85 consultants. The technology division currently employs around 1,000 workers and the fixed network department about 400.
