Telenor Norway welcomes new excavation rules proposals

Telenor Norway said the government's proposals on excavation regulations means it will be able to expand fibre and 4G connectivity more quickly to large parts of the country. Instead of municipal boroughs setting their own rules, the same ones will apply nationwide, it said. This will provide predictability and make broadband expansion easier.
