Telenor, Oslo bus firm trial beacon tech for feedback

Tuesday 2 May 2017 | 14:17 CET | News

Ruter is interested in using the system to get feedback from its passengers while still en route. This could be used to replace opinion polls via mail or send out staff in person to garner passenger responses about their trips.
