Telenor Pakistan sees Q2 EBITDA drop 16%, sheds 408,000 subscribers

Telenor reported total revenues in Pakistan of NOK 1.58 billion for the second quarter of 2019, down from NOK 1.93 billion a year earlier. Subscription and traffic revenue also declined to NOK 1.31 billion from NOK 1.52 billion. Telenor posted underlying subscription and traffic revenue growth of 9 percent, driven by an underlying 8 percent increase in ARPU excluding interconnect.
