Telenor provides big data to improve community planning

Thursday 8 September 2016 | 12:18 CET | News
Telenor has developed a way to extract anonymous data from base stations securely to discover whereabouts people travel the most in Norway day-to-day, and where its foreign tourists come from. It said the aim is better community planning. The data used is deleted after 24 hours.
