Telenor Group said it is aware of disturbing claims in a Kaladan Press Network report from Myanmar and is concerned by the alleged crimes, as well as the potential illegal entry into and abuse of the tower premises of its vendor. It said that the tower referred to in report by the Rohingya news agency is built and owned by a licensed tower company and operated by one of Telenor's network vendors. Telenor Myanmar is initiating dialogue with the relevant authorities to express its concern and seek further facts.
