Telenor says 4 in 10 managers doubt teleworking productivity

Thursday 12 January 2017 | 12:04 CET | News
One in two workers (48%) would like more job flexibility and only one on in ten considers the office as chiefly a place for creativity and new ideas, said Telenor Sweden. Managers tend to be sceptical, with four out of ten (41%) questioning the productivity of staff who work from home, said Telenor's report 'Office Freedom'. The Sifo report is based on a survey of more than 1,000 employees with desk jobs and about 500 managers.
