Telenor Sweden offers advice to parents on kids internet use

Telenor Sweden announced it's expanding its customer service to provide dedicated advice for parents concerned about their children's online activity and communications. Special experts at Telenor's customer service will provide support, tips and advice. A survey by the operator of 1,000 parents found that only one of the four know where they can turn for information and support on children's internet use. The Natpratsjouren pilot project to provide advice is available over the company's customer service through a hotline number (0200-111902). Questions also can be submitted anonymously to
